You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days after receiving your merchandise. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:

Next day shipments are sent UPS.

Normal UPS shipments take 2-7 days on average. No deliveries are made on Sunday, unless special arrangement are made with V-DIMENSION, inc.

INTERNATIONAL ORDER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:

Order shipped only after front and back image of the credit card and government issued identification which proves your billing address are faxed to V-Dimension. The copies must be clear and legible. Please reference your order number.

Please note your package will be subject to duties and taxes levied by customers once it arrives. V-DIMENSION is not responsible for these charges. Your order will be shipped USPS global priority.
